Jado Hark is a businessman who has made a name for himself in the real estate industry. In his early days, at the age of 23, he was the owner and manager of several nightclubs, but life in his wanderings led him to be a successful businessman within the real estate industry.
“I started my career in the nightlife industry, I opened my first nightclub at the age of 23, I owned and operated several nightclubs at the same time. When I started a family, I couldn’t balance a healthy family lifestyle with nightlife, so I ended up venturing into real estate.” Jado shares.
It has been the passion for helping people achieve their goals and own their own home that served as an inner flame in Jado, pushing him to excel in a very competitive and saturated field.
“The passion to genuinely help people realize their American dream and own a home without having to overpay in a brutal market is what got me started in real estate.” He says.
So in order to reach many more people Jado tapped into his large network of contacts: “I come from the nightlife industry where I have built a tremendous network of athletes, politicians, lawyers, and doctors to first time home buyers who work a 9 to 5 and I treat everyone with the same passion and respect.“
But of course, not everything has been rosy for Jado. Like many others, he has faced obstacles and challenges, in particular in the last 18 months with the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Covid-19 was a big blow to my business, being able to reorganize my operations and control my overhead was the biggest challenge.” Jado states.
Unlike the many other people who also deal in the real estate industry, he differentiates himself from others by putting his client’s interests first and not the value of the transaction or gig.
As a good businessman, Jado recognizes that having a good mindset is necessary to be able to walk the path to success–it is what will help people get to where they want to be.
“Mindset is everything when starting a business, especially in an industry you have never worked in before, being able to mentally train yourself to stay focused and learn every day is a challenge.” Jado shares.
In his future endeavors, Jado will work towards a set goal: to grow his workforce and continue to help many more people conquer their dreams. He wants to be able to recruit and train other individuals to invest in themselves and their own businesses.
